Imagine you are using an app and you receive a text. You reply to the text, but how do you return back to the application you were using? With appXer you simply swipe-down for the notification bar and select the app's icon to return to the place where you left off. Simple.

appXer (app-Switch-er) allows you to quickly switch between the last five open applications from the notification bar on your Android phone or tablet. When you need to switch to another open application, simply swipe down from the notification bar and select the app that you want to use. appXer automatically starts when it is installed or when the phone restarts and seamlessly runs in the background. The only configuration you need to do is select which apps you do not need in the notification bar.

CONFIGURE

appXer gives you the ability to prevent apps you are not interested in switching between often from showing up in your notification bar. The appXer app displays all open applications, simply uncheck the apps you do not want appearing in your notification bar.

NOTE: Apps that are not currently running will not show up in the appXer app. You need to open the app you do not want appearing in the notification bar before you can de-select it.
